The pulsating white dot was captured, by Jason Thomas, hovering over a house in Hoddesdon near Potters Bar.
The #unidentified flying object seems to moves in one direction and then the other, lessening the chances of it being an airplane.
The video was filmed in May and posted to the FindingUFO YouTube channel.
