Ryan’s story began at 4 years old with horrible nightmares.
At 5 he told his mother Cyndi “I used to be somebody else.”
The preschooler would talk about “going home” to Hollywood. His mother said he would tell stories about meeting stars like Rita Hayworth and dancing on Broadway.
She checked out books about Hollywood hoping something inside would help her son. Then they found a picture that changed everything.
The photo was a publicity shot from the 1932 movie “Night After Night,” starring Mae West.
The young boy recognized an old face and says ‘that’s me, that’s who I was’.
Finally she had a face to match to her son’s strange memories.
